| It is our mission to put the right rider with the right horse. To ensure you’re satisfaction we suggest a ride prior to delivery – if you are not happy you will receive a full refund. Another option is to pay to have the horse shipped directly to you; in that event you are entitled to a full refund within two weeks of the purchase date, assuming the horse is in the same condition as when purchased. You are responsible for the cost of shipment to return the horse |
